Training
We have an Industrial Automation Training Division in which we give training on various courses to fresher or experienced Engineers. After completion of training we are provided Placement facilities.
What's the role of the Genial AutoSoft Team?
Our training division’s main aim is to boost self-confidence in young engineers for entering into
the Profession. We also help to upgrade the skills, improve efficiency and effectiveness of
Professionals, who are already working in the industry, so that their performance is at a more
than satisfactory stage which will in turn boost the growth of their career.
Industries need skilled manpower for automation, where people should have decision making
skills, understanding the concepts, analytical skills and troubleshooting the multidisciplinary
problems.
The purpose of our Training is to expose students to real work environment experience and at
the same time, to gain knowledge through hands-on observation and job execution. From the
industrial training, the students will also develop skills in work ethics, communication,
management and others. Moreover, this practical training program allows students to relate
theoretical knowledge with its application in the manufacturing industry
What do we offer
Nowadays, Teaching methods are very important so we understand them very well. Therefore
we developed a training center accordingly with proper lots of tools on which we provide
Practical hands on training on various our designed courses.
We mainly focus on practical training. Our training is highly interactive which will improve their
existing technical skills & Provides additional benefits like building self confidence, distancing
the fear & anxieties, providing a wider perspective and also making them visualize the future of
their respective fields.
Why is Training Necessary?
Industrial Automation has become an integral part of all modern manufacturing processes and is constantly upgraded keeping up with latest technological developments to ensure increased productivity with improved product quality. Increased use of automation also means the requirement of engineers with adequate training in all aspects of Industrial Automation. At Present Engineering Students are Intelligent, with enough theoretical knowledge & geared up to work hard. But they don’t have sufficiently exposed to the actual industrial environment due to lack of great dealings imparting basic and fundamental knowledge on practical and implementation aspects of engineering. So we want to share our developed expertise of years of experience to fill this void by imparting practical aspects of engineering and exposing engineers to the latest state of art equipment. This will help to make them competent enough to take up any challenge & prepare them for good job opportunities. Also it boosts up the Entrepreneur within them.
