Our training division’s main aim is to boost self-confidence in young engineers for entering into the Profession. We also help to upgrade the skills, improve efficiency and effectiveness of Professionals, who are already working in the industry, so that their performance is at a more than satisfactory stage which will in turn boost the growth of their career. Industries need skilled manpower for automation, where people should have decision making skills, understanding the concepts, analytical skills and troubleshooting the multidisciplinary problems. The purpose of our Training is to expose students to real work environment experience and at the same time, to gain knowledge through hands-on observation and job execution. From the industrial training, the students will also develop skills in work ethics, communication, management and others.
